James Maurici KC is a barrister at Landmark Chambers. He practices in planning, environmental law, and public law. James’s planning practice encompasses all aspects of planning including advisory, advocacy at inquiries and hearings and advocacy in the Higher Courts. His recent cases include acting for Taylor Wimpey on an inquiry on the proposed Wisley New Settlement that lasted over 9 weeks.
