In memory of our esteemed colleague Neil Baker, who sadly passed away in early 2024 we are pleased to announce a new annual event series: The 'Baker Breakfast.'

 

This initiative, organised by the Bristol Planning Law and Policy Conference Committee, is a tribute to Neil's dedication and contribution to the event over 20 years, along with his contribution to the development industry in the region.

 

This event is  an annual seminar, led by a leading King's Counsel, where topical legal issues of the day will be aired and discussed, alongside the opportunity for breakfast and good conversation. All things that Neil would have enjoyed.

 

The inaugural Baker Breakfast took place on 21 November 2024 and featured a keynote address by the distinguished KC, James Maurici, Landmark Chambers.
