Early Bird Day Rate (valid until 13 April 2026) - £150

Reduced Day Rate (Local Authorities, Students) - £50

UWE Student Day Rate - £25

Evening Conference Dinner Fees

Full table rate (10 people) - £1500 - this includes two delegate registrations to the day conference

Half table rate (5 people) - £750 - this includes one delegate registration to the day conference

Individual Dinner (1 person) - £105 - this includes dinner only

Tables will be allocated on a first come first served basis in the order in which registrations are received. The number of tables is limited, and we anticipate that the total number of spaces will be booked quickly after registration opens.

Only one table per company/organisation will be allocated. You will be contacted within two weeks after registrations closes to confirm if you have been successful in obtaining a table and you will be send a booking link.

Registration will remain open until 17:00, Friday 16 January 2026.
