Mike is Regeneration Director for Curo the Bath based housing association and housebuilder.  He is currently responsible for a number of regeneration projects across Curo’s operating area delivering major improvements to the homes and estates of hundreds of Curo’s customers.

 

Prior to this Mike was responsible for Curo’s acquisition of the former MOD Foxhill (now known as Mulberry Park).  He secured the subsequent planning permission for the site and also delivered and set up the operation of Mulberry Park’s new community facility “The Hub”.

 

At the same time Mike led Curo’s regeneration plans for the adjoining Foxhill estate, now being delivered as a major refurbishment project.

 

Mike has held a number of senior roles at Curo and other housing associations over the past twenty five years in both development and asset management, delivering thousands of new homes across the south west.  Prior to this he worked in contracting and consultancy having started his career as a trainee quantity surveyor.

 

Mike is also a board member of Bristol based housing association, Solon.
